How to Find Wildwood Park
From East Radford:
Take Main Street west through downtown. Just past Bissett
Park (on your right) there is a traffic light at the junction of Grove
Avenue and Main Street. Turn left just past this light into Wildwood
Park. The National Bank is next to the park entrance. From West
Radford:
Take Main Street west past Memorial Bridge. A little past the
library (on your right) there will be a light at the junction of Grove
Avenue and Main Street. The National Bank will be on your right.
Turn right into the Park. From Christiansburg via Route 11:
As you enter Radford, Route 11 becomes Main Street. Continue
past Radford University and past the downtown district. Just past Bissett
Park (on your right) there is a traffic light at the junction of Grove
Avenue and Main Street. Turn left just past this light into Wildwood
Park. The National Bank is next to the park entrance. From
Blacksburg or Christiansburg via Pepper's Ferry:
Pepper's Ferry (Route 114) will end at Route 11 in Fairlawn,
across the river from Radford. Turn left onto Route 11 and continue
over the Memorial Bridge. On the Radford side turn left (continuing on
Route 11). Continue past the library on your right. There will
be a traffic light at the junction of Grove Avenue and Main Street; the
National Bank will be on your right. Turn right into the Park. From
Pulaski via Route 11:
Continue south on Route 11 into Fairlawn and across Memorial
Bridge into Radford. Turn left (continuing on Route11). Continue
past the library on your right. There will be a traffic light at the
junction of Grove Avenue and Main Street; the National Bank will be on
your right. Turn right into the Park. From Interstate 81
south:
Take Exit 109 towards Radford University. At the end of the
off ramp go right on Route 177 towards downtown. You will pass Radford
University on your right. Just past the University turn left onto Main
Street (Route 11). (If you miss this turn you will continue into the
Suntrust Bank parking lot.) Continue past the downtown district.
Just past Bissett Park (on your right) there is a traffic light at the
junction of Grove Avenue and Main Street. Turn left just past this
light into Wildwood Park. The National Bank is next to the park
entrance.
From Interstate 81 north:
Take Exit 105 and go into Radford on Route 232. This will
become West Main Street. Continue past the west downtown district and
the Memorial Bridge. You will pass the library on your right, and
there will be a light at the junction of Grove Avenue and Main Street.
The National Bank will be on your right. Turn right into the
