Body is transparent.  Head is brown.  Sections of body have green tint (most likely algal food).

Body of 12 sections , plus head.  Has two "antennae" protruding from head.  Four (possibly more) breathing tubes from rear end.

Very flexible.

Doesn't seem to like a lot of light.  The more light shining on dish, the more it violently thrashes; the less light the more it seems to move calmly.
