 Tree

Tall tree with relatively few branches. Bark dark and furrowed. Leaves are needles, bundled together, 5 to the bundle. Female cones long, cylindrical, 3- 10 inches long, without thorns on the scales.

Occasional in wooded areas of the park. 

There are three other pines in the Park, but white pine is the only one with 5 needles in a bundle and long, unarmed, cylindrical cones.
