| On 31 March 2003, students in Dr. Coté's Principles of
Biology Class at Radford University examined water samples from the wetland at the base of
the weeping tufa cliffs at the entrance of Wildwood Park. We now have
four samples
from spring: early April, 2000, 2001 and 2002, and the end of March 2003. The weather in 2003 had been cold.
