Short, erect plant. Flowers, which are in large,
branching clusters, have 4 tiny green sepals and abundant yellow-green
stamens that droop below the sepals. Leaves are divided into three
leaflets, which have scalloped edges. Blooms in early spring in
forests.
Common in woods on the western slope of the Park.
